Video recorded but can't hear sound

Hi,

I have a new Z3 compact, and just recorded my first video. On playback i cannot hear the sound, but when transferred to PC the sound is OK. 

I know I must have an option switched on/off somewhere, but which is it? any ideas?

Separately, but maybe related, I have an icon on the notification bar that could be an ear with a diagonal line thru it, and a small T  in the lower rh corner. I can't find it in the manual. Again, any ides?

Try booting on safe mode. And then playing the video.

Settings > call settings > hearing aids > uncheck
