Xperia z3 compact loading camera pictures in low resolution

Hi, I'm having an issue when wanting to view my camera pics in the "album" app. When double tapping the images (to zoom in) it often, but not always zooms to a very low resolution and blocky picture quality. 

The pictures are saved to the sd card (class 10 sandisk ultra 32gig).

Anyone else experience this?

Settings-apps-all-album and media storage,stop and clear data.Restart.
