Updating a Chinese Z2

This Z2 doesn't want to update from 5.0.2

Any ideas on how?

Hi @Lent2019,

Could you please send me a private message with the IMEI number of the device? I need to see what kind of customization it's running. To find the IMEI number, open up the Phone application and type in *#06#.
