Status bar sometimes hiding, only reboot help

Hello Slightly_smiling_Face

On my new X Compact with stock german FW, the navigation bar sometimes hides and i can only see the bar when swiping over the screen...only a reboot brings it back. Is this a bug? i can´t find any setting for that option...
