hello i have from 2011 teh vaio VPCF11Z1E(with preinstalled OS win 7).a few months ago i make un upgrade to win 8 pro.i have 3 questions:
1)which softwares(preinstalled) are completely unnecessary ??i want to unistall them(i have softwares like
vaio care,smart network ,contend metadata e.t.c)
2)until now when i'm going to disconnect from internet i clik on smart network and clik ''off'' on wireless lan.i tried to install a newer version of smart network from UK ,the software is installed correctly but it can't run like a SOFTWARE as the older version do.it isn't appears in system tray icon,so i can't disable the internet connection from here.so the second question is:the newest version of all vaio's softwares don't run like a software??is it possible to be responcible the model of vaio?isn't compatible with these new softwares?
3)is there any email support from official sony?
