hi. i own a pcg-v505cp.
my graphiccard (ati 9200)experienced some difficulties and i thought about updating my ati drivers or adding sone extra memories for my ati graphiccard. i even thought about changing my graphiccard.
on normal pcs this would be no problem, but on notebooks it seems to be impossible (whereas it should not be!)
has somebody more information for me?
thx
marcos
Its a brave/mad/foolish person who buys a laptop tust to play games.
I was forever updating my old computers to play games.
I did believe things would slow down eventually but progress moves on and on.

Desktops are the best for gaming still.
Sorry Kee-Lo but if you want to play games I would still buy an X-Box or PS2. I have both but never seem to find time for either of them.
I am sure that nothing changes, if you want to play the latest games it no doubt means a processor upgrade or at least the latest video cards.

PS2 is good, but I'm waiting for PS3, not that I play much anyway
We all await the PS3 and the X-Box 2.
I am sure they will appear in due course.

I await my RA104 ROFLMFAO
No I'm just kidding....
yeh i have the 9200 mob too and still no updates...
people say u cant play games on laptops but i dont really agree with that. i mean im lucky enough to have both a desktop and laptop so i tend to play games on my desktop, but ive still tried and suceeded playing Farcry and Doom 3 on my k series and been very impressed with how they play on low settings ofcourse.
never did i think i might be able to play games like these on high settings...
battlefield 1942 on the laptop is great as well
as for xbox and ps2... theyre glorified arcade machines
and i still cant find a game i enjoy playing on them..tho its down to personal opinion
Yeah they;ve come a long way laptops....
Maybe gaming will be more possible in the future.
