Downgrading To Xp

Hi everybody.
can someone tell where can i find Driver for XP for my VAIO VGN-NS21S-W and which version of XP it's recommended to install.

Sony do not support XP onthe NS-Series Vaios. They will only give support for Vista.

Because of this they have not released a driver or utility set for your Vaio.

You are going to have to search out the individual drivers for each piece of hardware. I would start with the drivers and utilities for the VGN-N11S which will work for many of your devices.

Remember the NS-Series has a SATA hard drive - not recognised by XP. Google for "Installing XP on a SATA Hard Drive".

You will probably not get everything to work properly with XP. Keep the Recovery Partition and several sets of Recovery Discs in case everything goes wrong or if you need to return the Vaio to Sony for repair.

Personally, I would stay with Vista and wait for Windows 7 to be released which will run your XP applications if you buy the Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate editions.
