Screen Mirroring

Hi, I have just purchased a Sony Blu-ray DVD player that has screen mirroring as an option. I can't seem to pick up the DVD player from my iPhone and wonder whether anyone has any suggestions please.

Apple don't work with Miracast Protocol (Mirroring) but only with AirPlay...
