New XG81 TV and HT-CT290 Lag Issues

Hi all.

I have a brand new XG81 49" Android TV and HT-CT290 Soundbar.

The issue I have is that external devices (satellite and blu ray player) are out of sync when playing back on soundbar via the TV.

If I turn off the soundbar the sound on the TV speakers is in sync no issue.

I can adjust the sound to add a delay on the satellite to sync it up but the issue is when I turn off the soundbar I now have an sync issue on the TV speakers.

To make it worse if I watch anything for 2-3 hours the sound sync drifts on everything I watch and the only way to stop it was to power off and on the soundbar.

I only have the setup since Saturday so if I dont solve it in the next few days Im returning the TV and soundbar and going for a different brand.

Thanks for that @Pascale_F .

I have tried so many different things at this stage Im close to giving up.

If I cant solve it by Saturday I will be returning the TV and the soundbar as the cooling off period finished Monday.

I really liked the TV but if I cant listen to the sound in Sync with the video then its not much use.
