Xbox series x causes PS5 to lose sound on A90J

Wondering if anyone can help with this problem. Ps5 is in hdmi 4, Xbox is in 3(eRC). If the series x is powered off the sound can cut off on the PS5. If I turn it back on the sound returns. If the Xbox is unplugged and my amp is in the eARC there’s no issue. Any ideas? Firmware is the latest and both consoles up to date.

Hey, it is because you have the Xbox connected to the eARC port which is called the enhanced audio return channel. I would advise trying to connect your Xbox to a different port and check if it still happens or not as the eARC port is specified for the audio systems and AV receivers.  I hope this helps
