Xperia E C1505 Not Charging And Blinking Notification Light

My problem is that my phone does not turn on and when I put it in the charger it flashes the notification light. (I let the battery run out to 0%)

Welcome to the community 

First of all, have you tried using a different charger? If not can you try this and see if there is any improvement?
