Turn in off Display dringend calls

My Sony e5 does not turn off the Display during calls, thats why i change settings wird my ear on the Phone during calls... Thats nasty, in anybody hast a tip for Me - that would be great!

So the issue you are having is that your phone screen does not go black when you hold the phone up to your ear is that correct? 

Can you test the phone in safe mode and see if you have the same problem.

Hi, Thanks for Your answer, yes, exactly: my phone screen does not go black when i hold my phone up my your ear. 

I tryed the same function in Phones safe Mode, But without success... The Screen was still active during calls with Phone at my ear. 

Whats wrong? Is the sensor broken?

Next I would advise trying a software repair using Xperia Companion, if this is a software issue that should resolve it for you.

If you are still having problems after that, I would advise getting in contact with your Local support so they can arrange an assessment and repair for you.
