mi laptop does not recognize the xperia device E5 I do not know why it does not recognize windows 8.1 to xperia E5 does not appear icon of the usb in the laptop nor can recognize and tried everything from factory to the advice of the support page and could not solve my problem.

I'm sorry to hear this. What exactly have you tried for troubleshooting already? Have you tried to connect your device using different ports on your laptop, or different USB cables?

I would also recommend that you restart both your computer and you phone.
