The lock system I'm using on the phone is the pattern. In the link you posted there are solutions to pin and password issues, but not for the pattern.

In the unlock method you reported in your post you're referring to a 4 digits code, but it doesn't appear anywhere.

I forgot the pattern of my smartphone,a Sony Xperia E5, and "my Xperia" isn´t active. Has somebody a idea to unlock it? Also the tool from google don´t helps
