I recommend that you try the following steps one after the other, check if there is any change after each step.

Force reset your device, press and hold the volume up and on/off key for at least 10 seconds.
Temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from the device to see if they may be causing this behavior.
Restart your device to safe mode.
Perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
