unable to download apps on my experia e3

When I try to download apps on my experia e 3 from the Google play store the progress bar just shows a continuous blue line but no percentage download status as it used too as of lately, any suggestions to remedy this? Many thanks.

Settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data. Restart.

I can't download any apps as my internal memory is full but no apps will move over to my sd card plz help

when I tried any apps on playstore.... It doesn't work..never download any apps
