Since my phone went out
because it had no battery, it refuses to start.
The screen to type its pin code appears but just 2 seconds later, the phone turns off.
At first I thought it was something that was pressing the power button constantly, but even when the access to the button is completely cleared, the phone turns off as soon as it starts.
Removing the SD card doesn’t change anything. PIN Card neither.
Plugged or not, still the same.
I don't know what else to do. Please help.

Hi @MillieMana, sorry to hear about this.
I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the device and reinstall the latest available software.
If the device still turns off the same way, it will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this and answer any questions you may have regarding service routines, warranty and consumer laws.
Let me know if that helps!
