I'm sorry to hear this. 
Could you elaborate what is wrong the with your devices colour, does it happen all the time? Does it show up if you take a screenshot? If so it would be great if you could share a screenshot of this. You can take a screenshot if you press and hold volume down + the on/off key simultaneously.
I would recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
I'd also recommend that you disabled developer settings in your device. To do so go to: Settings > Developer options > Off. If you cannot find developer settings under settings they are already disabled.
