Hi @meriideus, very sorry to hear about this.

If you have activated the MyXperia service in your device and it is still powered on and have an active Internet connection, try visiting the MyXperia website and see if you are able to delete all content from the device.

You can also try visiting the Find my phone website and do the same here, however this will also require the device to be powered on and have an active Internet connection.

You should however always contact your service provider (operator) and the police so they can block the phone from being used with a SIM card.
