I'm sorry to hear this. 
I recommend that you check that you don't have disabled your Google Play Store. To do this, go to: Settings > Apps > Disabled > Google Play Store > Enable. If you don't have the disable tab or can't find Google Play Store under it, it is not disabled.
If it is not disabled I'd recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
