recently my e5 has stopped charging I plug it in and it detects it and says its charging have tried with various chargers with no success I have files within internal storage that i need to get off my phone but as I cant turn it on my computer doesn't pick up the phone I have xperia companion installed is there anyway I can get into the internal storage with the phone shutdown???
