HDR-PJ260VE

Hi,

I have recently bought the HDR-PJ260VE and am trying unsuccessfully to download Play Memories Home so I can download  movie clips to my pc. I get so far then I get the message "Browser has stopped working". I notice that another contributor "linhol" had the same problem on the 12th of June 2012 but did not get any reply. Any help would be appreciated.
