Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 LJ Error

Hi,

I have a sony vaio VGN-NW20SF (OS: Windows 7 Home Premium) with OEM version of Roxio Easy Media Creator LJ. Recently I used vaio recovery to perform a factory restore. I tried using Roxio EMC and I am greeted with the following error messages :

I have the exact same problem, since about 3 days. I also had a system problem (solved now), no system recovery necessary though. The problem appears when I want to print a document to PDFcreator. I have no clue how to solve this, hoping for answers here. (sorry for not answering your question but I thought that reporting that other users suddenly have this problem too, might somehow help as well...)
