Xperia Z5 LCD replacment

Hello everyone,

Recently i have broke my Xperia z5's LCD screen. My initial step was to contact the service of the place i have bought the phone, after giving the phone away for an LCD replacement the phone was ready in less than a day.

With the LCD replaced i started to notice how the swipe movement does not work properly, things like unlocking the device or swiping down the upper menu became so difficult and required many attemps to succeed. Overmore when i started trying typing the keyboard would go crazy and start linking words and letters on its own, finally i noticed some vibration and and that the LCD was not properly glued, it was higher from one side of the phone.

I went back to the same service with the problems noted. They noticed immediatly the odd behaviour and said they will try to use other lcds replacments. After a couple of days they have answered me with some unconvincing asnwers, saying that something is not right with the LCD series they have and it could be due to the provider of those LCDS, they told me that sometimes it happens and that i should fine other LCD providers.

Finally they offered me to give me the money i paid for their service and to give me back the phone without any LCD, having lost hope in fixing it i was hoping if anyone had faced a similar issue, could it be really due to the LCD replacment they use, did they mess something up with the phone, is it fixable or should i lose hope of any good coming out of the phone?

Any advice or idea would be much appreciated.

Thanks
