problem im ringtone set

I have a new Xperia Z2, but now i am facing an issue in ringtone, that i can't set an saved mp3 tone in my phone(i can't change it), when i choose one of the new mp3, it shows to me "unknown file'.
And the same issue for notifications...

Is it an mp3 or another format or is the file some sort of mp3 derivative with some special AAC

Try to reset app preferences under settings-apps-all.
