Faded voice and echo on calls after latest update

After the latest update which was available from the 11th on voice calls the call volume is now low on the receivers end and they also get an echo. I called the support line and they suggested I run a repair which I did which reset my phone but had still not resolved the problem. They will call me back on Monday to find out if the repair worked.

That has sorted it! Thanks uliwooly. I spent ages setting up my phone again after running a repair.

I could do with finding out how to backup my folders in the app drawer and on the home screens.
