I have tried to delete Picassa sync pics from Gallery but failed. Tried asking Sony shops and they get the same trouble. WHY?????

This is an android issue. Hopefully it'll be fixed in Ice Cream Sandwich when that is released. in the meantime go into your google account on a desktop, and in the sync settings untick the picasa box. Then on your tablet use a file manager find the thumbnails and delete them from SD card.
