Unable to use my tablet

I set a password to use my tablet instead of the pattern. When I try to use the password I chosed It doesn't work, I think that I accidentally pressed a button when I set the password and now I don't know if I can deactivate the password at home or if I have to fix it at a sony service center. I searched on the web but I didn't find a useful sony center telephone number. I hope that someone can help me. Thanks and sorry for my english, but I am not english.

"Try to unlock your screen up to five times. After five unsuccessful attempts, a Google page will be displayed and ask you to enter your Google account details and your password. After entering the requested details, the tablet device will be unlocked."
