Physical keyboard

Have just been given a keyboard for the tablet.  The repeat key effect is set to very  sensitive.  I have not found in Settings the kind of adjustment that you get on a PC.  Is there any way of turning it downnnnnnnn (see what I  mean?)

The instructions say that if the keyboard is switched off and the internal one does not appear, one should click on the keyboard icon at the bottom right of the screen.  The problem with this is that there is no keyboard icon at bottom right.  I have clock, bluetooth, wi-fi signal and battery and that is all.  Hope it never happens!

Thank you for that.  I have now spotted it.  The first few times when I switched the keyboard off, the standard keyboard just came up straightaway without me having  to do anything.
