View or export playcount on NWZ-B183

I'm an avid scrobbler and would love the music I listen to on my Walkman to register as scrobbles on my Last.fm account.

After much searching, I can't even find a way to view the play count manually on my NWZ-B183 via my PC (so that I could update my scrobbles manually), let alone alone extract it in a csv or xml document.

So, is there a way I can:

1. view the playcount?
2. extract the playcount?
3. scrobble from my NWZ-B183 Walkman?

Any help greatly appreciated before I switch to another portable MP3 device? Thanks. x
