Turning bass down on SRS-X77

Hi, I have an SRS-X77 speaker. I love it, but I'm a big fan of R&B and rap, which has very heavy bass. When I put the speaker full volume it shakes and moves which reduces the sound quality. How can I turn the bass down on SongPal? I'm not familiar with the bars and numbers on the EQ section!

I should add that I don't wish to turn the maximum volume down, just the bass so I can enjoy the music at full vol without the speaker moving so much it might even fall off the table!
