Tracks Duplicating On Album After Adding Tracks To Playlists

I made some playlists on my PC and added them to my NW-A45 Mp3 player. 

However I've noticed that the tracks I've added in the playlist duplicate in the album and artists. I use Sony PC Center, to create and sync playlists but WMP to sync albums.

Is using Sony PC Center and WMP making everything duplicate?
