Registering a Sony NW-A35 Hi Res music player

Hi,

I'm tring to register an NW-A35 music player, but it neither comes up in a search or in the product list of the registration page. Can anyone help? Am I using the wrong product code?

Hi Russ-A,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

You can register a new product here.  If you click on 'Find by model name' and type in 'NW-A35' your product should come up in the search.

I could swear I tried all combinations of the model number previously, but this has worked.
