How to replace MDR 1000X that I have bought in Denmark?

Hi,

I have bought my MDR 1000X in Denmark and loving them, but they got the crack on the right side (like a lot of other people had) and I try to change them in my country of residence (Macedonia), but the people from the service tell me that is not possible! I have all of the original documentation, like warranty, the bill and all of the original packaging, how is not possible to get a replacement? These are very expensive headphones and I would expect a better support then bought from a Chinese website.

I would like to get some help if it is possible.
