Cut In After 10 mins

After 10 minutes I have a cut in by another audio file to whatever I'm listening to.  It is always the same track so I deleted the track from the walkman but it happened again using another file/song.  So ... I formatted another sd card and only put two albums on it (completely different albums to the first sentence).  Again, whatever album I start to play after 10mins a track from the other album cuts in.  Is this some sort of feature you can turn off?  I cannot see a way of configuring the device to do this.  Any suggestions appreciated.

Have you tried to reset or initialise your Walkman? If this issue is settings related then resetting the Walkman to factory settings can definitely help. You'll find instructions on how to do that here.

Yes, I've tried all of those a number of times.  I'm wondering whether there is something wrong with the device itself.
