I have to say, the folk on this forum are very helpful and I thank them for all the help they've given me.

HOWEVER, I do believe the designers of Sony's web pages and this forum pay far more time to being 'fashionable and sleek' at the expense of functionality.

Navigating the various webpages of Sony is incredibly frustrating.
