Sony Programmable I/O device driver update

Hi,

I need to update the Sony Programmable I/O device driver on my Vaio (VGN-Z51WG).

After upgrading to Windows 10 this is causing a driver power state failure BSOD on start up.

I can't find the driver, what are my options?
