I have just bought a Vaio Dou 13 and I am unable to play certain 'rich media' files from sites like BBC news etc. I am informed that I do not have Flash Player installed and must install latest version, although latest version it is already part of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. What must I do to view or listen to these video / audio files, as I would have thought that something as new and advanced as the Duo 13 would have no issues. Is it a windows 8 / touch screen issue, or a Sony issue??
