can any one help me on this i bought this second hand the assist button only boots the laptop and not int recovery menu

and i see there are yellow exclamtion marks in device manager

i cant seem to find the drivers

i hope someone can help

Hi John,

The vpceb100c is not a European model and a search suggest that support is available on the Chinese support site. I've had a look there but unfortunately, as you would expect, it is all in the Chinese language.
