Need advices

Hi all, I want to upgrade RAM for my laptop (grt815M). There are two choices for me, Sony RAM and Kingston RAM. The Sony RAM cost 272€ for 512Mb RAM, but have bus 333. The Kingston cost only half price for 512Mb RAM (I don't know the bus). What manufacturer I should chosse? Does the SIS 648 support 333Mhz RAM bus or just 266? How to know the bus of Kingston RAM? Thx.

Does the graphic card in my laptop possibly change? I asked the support service of Crucial for the installation guild but, he only shew me that link. Any ideal???
