Hi I wondering is anyone has got Fedora core 3 running @ 1400x1050 on any of the Sony's which use the following chipset
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corp. 82852/855GM Integrated Graphics Device (rev 02)
Looking on the web there apears to be a problem with the intel 855 chipset which only displays the bios modes (of which 1400x1050 is not one of them). I have tried the 855resolution (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/apoirier/) util to temp update the vbios without any luch. Any help or sugestions would be appreciated.
