Hi can anybody help?
My daughter has broken the charging port on my Sony viao. Can I charge it from one of the new sockets with the USB ports straight into my laptops USB port??
Will this charge my battery??
Hi yammas,
No you cannot charge your notebook battery via a USB port. These ports are designed to provide power not receive.
Are you certain that it is the jack/power board that is faulty rather than the power adaptor?
