How long does it take o get a problem resolved?

Can antone tell me how long I should wait to get a problem response from e-support.

I have had a problem with my DVD writer on my laptop and have answered the questions asked bt e-support quickly. the problem is each time I respond it's taking longer and longer to respond.

Has any one else had the same problem.?

Telephoning is even worse. I've now been waiting half an hour plus.

wat kinda prob do u have? cuz i got sth wrong with my cd drive goin on, too... just look here, perhaps its the same prob...:
