Hi
I keep having problems where software and drivers disappear from my system. I thought it might be a virus, when the file search function stopped working (saying that files were missing), but have ran numerous virus scans, etc and they show no problem.
Now, my DVDs and CDs will not play. The drivers seem to have vanished and I cannot use the reinstall disks, as they are not recognised...obviously. Where can I find something online to replace these files? And why is this happening?
