hi, i'm having a problem registering for esupport, it keeps on saying my email is not on the database, yet it is still the email i have used for club vaio...

the question i wanted to ask is regarding the S series battery life. It is quoted at about 5hrs max usage however on powering up with a full charge it only says 3 hours and in reality I am only getting about 1.5 hours usage doing normal internet browsing/mail tasks. Is this normal...it seems wrong.

I would consider speaking to Sony about the batteries.

As for eSupport, I've had about enough of hearing people moaning "I can't get an account" there are literally 7 threads active about this at the moment.

ah so i'm not that stupid could you perhaps direct to me an appropriate esupport thread?

help much appreciated by everyone by the way...i still love my vaio, but in response to some of the other comments its VGN-S1HP which is supposed to be of the ulta portable range.
