well, I noticed that Connect Player and Sonic Stage will be two different products and live forever seperated from each other.
With the new walkmans, the NW-A series, Sony introduced a new database system which is not supported by Sonic Stage. So if you are willing to use the new Time-Machine or Interpret-Link technologies you have to install the Connect Player, import MANUALLY (!!!) all your files and afterwards delete Sonic Stage!
It is a shame, and again they all blame us, that there is no special upgrade program. Look: There are several people - like me - who are willing to buy the new walkman BUT have previously used another Sony product.
What is your opinion?
BTW: I noticed that there is no ATRAC3Plus 356 feature in Connect Player, strange, this high bit-rate worked fine with the Vaio Player and HD-5 giving a performance boost...
