Bluetooth

Hi Everyone,

I've got a VGN-A497XP laptop and it tells me i have bluetooth capabilities. Does anyone know how I can get this to work? I don't have any bluespace software installed on the machine but on load up, the bluetooth light comes on until windows is fully loaded.

Do I need an additional device for this or is the hardware alread on the machine?

Hi JWOODS and welcome to the forum.

Your model is Bluetooth enabled, so it should be just a case of turning on the wireless switch, double clicking the icon in the system tray to display the Wireless Device Switch window and then selecting the Bluetooth option.
