Adobe Photoshop Album 2

My notebook came with Adobe Photoshop Album 2 pre installed and every time I try to register it I get the message unable to connect to site. Does anybody have any ideas short of phoning Adobe which I am loth to do. As is common with many companies email communication is not possible.

PS I am new to using forums and find some of the options confusing is there a quick guide to what they all mean and when I should use them ? eg watch this thread or add to my favorites etc.

Adobe Photoshop Album just normally requires a serial number, and thats it.

No idea why it would connect to any servers.
