hi there it came up on my screen that my tv needed an update so I clicked it and now it’s just a blank screen ? I have tried soft and hard reset and nothing seems to be working , any help would be much appreciated. The model is kd-55xe7073

Have you tried disconnecting everything from the back and unplugging it from the wall for a few minutes?
