TV problem
Hi,
i have had my Sony TV for over one year. Almost from day one, the TV has been exceptionally slow when changing channels, the smart TV (internet) is even worse. My internet provider have assred me i have the fastest speeds possible. I have contacted Sony support several times who simply send me a link to download then a few basic things to check. I’m hoping someone can provide advice ? Perhaps you have encountered similar problems? I so regret changing from my samsung TV!

Hi Paul,
The link seems dead which means it was probably an older version that was replaced with a new update.
You can double check you have the latest version using this link though (v8.605).
